As a reinforcement to my previous post on top 5 turn offs and also as a reply to Sojo Verughese's comment5. Some like their chocolate hot. Some like their chocolate cold. So it doesn't really matter.
I am posting a TOI article which showed up on the first page of Times Of India on 25th Nov 2009, Chennai Edition.
Women prefer clean-shaven men

Mumbai: To shave or not to shave? A research study conducted across Asia may help men resolve this early morning dilemma, as it shows that while men in India, Vietnam and Malaysia love their moustache, it’s the shaven men in that women urban India prefer to smooch. A 2009 survey conducted in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines, and an AC Nielsen survey of more than 1,000 men and women in eight Indian cities whose results were released a few days ago, show that clean-shaven men stand to score more.
Across Asia, men and women frown on the full-bearded look. Other facial hair is acceptable at different levels across cultures. Indian and Thai men favour moustaches and stubble, and the most desired style in India is the clean-shaven look or a goatee. But men’s facial hair isn’t just about what they want — it’s also about what women want. Women in Mumbai, Chennai, Delhi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Bangalore and Patna have spoken up on how they prefer their men: shaved, medium-shaved or rare. Most women in Mumbai (72%), and an even greater percentage of female respondents in Chennai (83%), as well as in Delhi and Kolkata, are more likely to kiss a shaven man. At the same time, more Chennai and Mumbai girls also love their men with stubble. In Mumbai, 64% of women say stubble increases the sex appeal of a man.
Coming Clean : Women in most of Asia frown on men sporting facial hair. The most desired look in India is ‘clean shaven’ or a ‘goatee’ However, over 60% of women in Mumbai say a stubble increases a man’s sex appeal Unshaven men run risk of rejection in marriage market, especially in Mumbai & Chennai The most quoted reason for shaving in urban India is “face looks clean, or good”
And the bitch scores again!! I hope some guys take inspiration from this post to try and shave it off.
Life does not always depend on 'survey percentages.' Even if it does, I am not out here to woo 70% of those women who don't like facial hair hurting their lips. Even the remaining 30% is a more than what I can handle :P
ReplyDelete[Aside: TOI News of Lifestyle Surveys tops the ten things that I don't fall for:)]
haha.. sojo u r right.. nicky cum with an answer :)
ReplyDeleteHmmm..and i always thought that women liked the 'rough' look :( :(
ReplyDeleteThe survey says women are liers
ReplyDeleteIt could very well be a part of the Gillette campaign. They are going after unshaven men these days with renewed gusto. And I don't think there is a better way to do it! Tell a guy - Shave and a hot chick would sleep with you, he would shave off much more than a stubble. Heck! I would paint my hair red and wear yellow jeans if someone told me Monica Belluci likes it. :)
ReplyDeleteGreat review its always interesting to see other options thanks xx.. hair removal, microdermabrasion
